Matt Teynor
Matt is the co-owner of Buckeye Build. Having grown up around a family-run construction business, Matt developed an early understanding of the trade that shaped his hands-on, detail-oriented approach. With 15 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, he brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to every project, drawing on extensive experience in both estimating and project management to ensure jobs are planned thoughtfully and executed efficiently.
A graduate of The Ohio State University, Matt earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, combining formal training with real-world experience in the field. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys and getting out on the golf course whenever he can. At Buckeye Build, Matt is committed to delivering quality work, building lasting trust, and taking pride in every project from start to finish.
Rob Hamm
Rob has built his career in the construction industry from the ground up. He began on jobsites as a laborer, gaining hands-on experience in painting, drywall, asphalt paving, concrete, and sealcoating. In 2011, Rob founded our affiliate company, Buckeye Asphalt Maintenance and Sealcoating, and has continued to expand its capabilities and reputation. Over the years, he has also served as a general contractor, overseeing jobsite operations, project schedules, and team coordination. When he’s not working, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and volunteering at their school.
